Day-2

Consumption- Today I ate two turkey sandwiches with mayo/ a bowl of cereal/ and a hot dog from ruggles(not sure if it is considered food)

Water- In the morning today I took a 2:30 minute shower/ brushed my teeth/ watered a couple plants for ma/ and flushed the toilet twice in school as well as washed my hands.

Electricity- I turned on the lights in my room/ used my phone/charged it /used the computer/ tredmill at gym/ and watched two hours of television

Gasoline- i didnt drive anywhere I took the train to and from school

I spent two dollars on a hot dog

Reduction- Today I took an even shorter shower/ I didnt spend any money/ I didnt get a ride from my parents/ I watched less tv, ate less food an even less water/ also no soda

Sustainability- Some things that I think I can permanetly reduce for a while is extra use of water/ food/junk food /and I think that I can use les gasoline

I saw from other peoples posts that I am either reduceing more or the same amount of things. I have learned a lot so far and i will not adjust my plan because I like the way it is going.

Day-1

Consumption- Water- drank four glasses of water/ washed hands twice after bathroom/ 3 min shower/ brushed teeth

Food- cheeseburger w/fries/ cereal w/ milk- eggs and bacon

Electricity- turned on lights in my house/ used computer to write this/ used microwave/watched the pats game

Gasoline- Drove to Patriots Place and back home.

Money- Today I spent no money

Reduction- Today I significantly reduced my consumption of water; I only took a three minute shower and that is much shorter than usual, I drank less water, and washed my hands quicker. I didnt spend any money and i didnt drive much in any car today. I also didnot use the computer much and I reduced usage on my phone.

Sustainability- There are a few aspects of my life tht I could mabye permanetly reduce. I will try to reduce the time in my showers, try not to use a lot of extra water and also turn lights off whenever possible.
